Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in Canada and the USA from September to May. In the summer months of June, July and August shipping is difficult, and during those months we do not like to ship chocolate due to the risk of heat damage during transit.

Here are the shipping options that we offer for different regions:

Alberta Only: In-store pickup is available. Purchase your chocolate online and then come in to Kerstin's Chocolates shop in Edmonton during business hours to pick up your order. There is no charge for in-store pick-up.

Canada-wide: Canada Post Expedited service or UPS. Shipping cost is calculated during checkout and you can choose which method you would like to use.

USA: Canada Post Expedited. Shipping cost is calculated during checkout.

Everywhere Else in the world: We do not ship to countries other than the USA and Canada right now. Please contact us if you have a need for chocolate in other countries.

All foreign customs duties, brokerage fees and import taxes are not included in the sale price and are the buyer's responsibility. Kerstin's Chocolates is not responsible for any delays in delivery on the part of foreign governments, Canada Post or UPS.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weight will be rounded up to the nearest 100g.

Refund Policy

If you find that the chocolate you purchased was damaged during transit, please contact us for a refund or replacement.
